Driver eligibility
Minimum age 18 and at least one year of driving experience. A valid driving licence and passport or identity document are required.
Rental terms.
Operational summary. The signed agreement and vehicle-specific confirmation always prevail.
Deposit and mileage
Security deposit from €2,500. Unlimited mileage is included unless an exception is stated in the final vehicle confirmation.
Cancellation
The current terms provide a cancellation charge equal to the greater of 25% of the planned rental or PLN 300 within 30 days; later cancellation may be charged at the full planned rental amount.
Return and fuel
Early return is not refundable. The vehicle must be returned on time, clean and with the same fuel level; late return and missing fuel may result in charges under the signed tariff.
Delivery and fines
Barcelona and Madrid delivery is confirmed individually; other routes are quoted on request. Traffic fines, tolls, towing, parking and documented administrative costs remain the driver's responsibility.
Deposit release
The current agreement provides for release of the deposit within seven days after vehicle return and condition verification, less any documented amounts due.
